]]> 製造現場の「向こう側」にスポットをあてたJCVの新番組「ビヨンド！」。9月15日からの放送は妙高市諏訪町2丁目の「太田醸造」の商品「糀だけのあま酒」です。地元有名ラーメン店にも味噌を卸している醸造場が、およそ60年にわたって小売販売を続けているのが飲む点滴と呼ばれるあま酒。「木折」を使った温度管理など、すべて人の手で作られる質の高い米糀は、糖化を一層促し、米糀由来の自然な甘さを引き出しています。
