]]> 8月27日（日）に開催される第92回 謙信公祭の出陣行列で、上杉謙信公を演じる役が決定した。上越商工会議所の前会頭で、現在、上越観光コンベンション協会の田中弘邦会長が務める。

これまでの謙信公役は、去年が村山市長、それ以前は7回にわたってミュージシャンのGACKTさんが務めた。
