県によりますと、感染が確認されたのは上越市在住の会社員30代男性（県内3420例目）1人です。県外往来が確認されています。行動歴、濃厚接触者は調査中です。

6月28日　発熱
      29日    症状継続のため医療機関受診
      30日　症状継続のため医療機関受診しPCR検査実施
7月 1日　 陽性が判明
現在、咳、咽頭痛、胃痛、下痢、食欲低下の症状あり
