]]> 能登半島地震から1年。地震のあと避難方法を見直した町内会の取り組みを紹介しながら、地震や津波を含む災害への備えを考えます。

初回は上越市で唯一、津波で複数の住宅が水につかった港町1･2丁目です。地震のあと、自力で避難することが難しい要支援者を車に乗せる訓練を繰り返してきました。その取り組みを振り返ります。
