]]> 上越警察署と交通指導課は20日（水）午前7時27分、ひき逃げの疑いで上越市国府3丁目在住のアルバイト従業員69歳の男を逮捕しました。

警察によりますと、男は令和8年5月16日午後9時18分ごろ、国道8号、上越市の安江東交差点で、普通乗用車を運転中に40代男性が運転するバイクと衝突しました。40代男性に左足骨折などの傷害を負わせたにもかかわらず、男は救護など必要な措置をせず、警察に報告することもなくその場から逃げたということです。

その後の捜査で、男は過失運転致傷、救護義務違反、事故不申告の疑いで逮捕されました。

警察の調べに対し男は「私の車とバイクの接触はない」と容疑を否認しているということです。
