]]> 上越市の今年の海水浴場の入込数がまとまった。今年は4つの海水浴場で40万80人で、前年度比98.6％。異常高温による外出控えやお盆期間中の天候不順が影響し全体で微減となった。

4つの海水浴場の中でも、柿崎中央海水浴場は今年4,750人で前年度比42.4％と大きく減少した。上越市ではその要因として、浜茶屋が1軒も開設されず、休憩所を求める利用者が減少したと見ている。
