]]> 4日（月）の上越地方は未明から雪が降り、上越市の高田では1日で10センチ以上のまとまった降雪を観測しました。5日（火）は日中は曇りで、夜には雨か雪に変わる予報です。気象台では土砂災害やなだれに注意するよう呼びかけています。

午後2時までの24時間に降った雪の量は上越市高田で12センチ、安塚で27センチ、妙高市関山で28センチでした。上越市の市街地では今朝、住民が雪かきに追われる姿が見られました。

新潟地方気象台によりますと今夜6時から24時間に降る雪の量は山沿いで最大3センチの予報です。5日（火）の上越地方は、日中は曇りの予報ですが、夜には雨か雪に変わる見込みです。
