]]> 上越警察署は28日（月）午後3時57分、不同意わいせつの疑いで、上越市鴨島1丁目在住の建設作業員28歳の男を逮捕しました。

警察によりますと、男は28日午前4時50分ごろ、飲食店で30代女性と知り合い、その後、仲町地内の路上を歩いているとき、女性の胸を触るなどわいせつな行為をした疑いです。

警察の調べに対し男は「胸を揉んだことに間違いない。ほかには覚えがないが、被害者そういっているのであればやったと思う」と容疑をおおむね認めているということです。
